In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, Athlone Town Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a declaration that the roads as set out in the schedule hereunder be public roads:

Details of the above proposal together with maps may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Church Street during office hours from 28th June 2010 to 29th July 2010 exclusive of weekends and public holidays.
Objections or representations may be submitted in writing to the undersigned not later than 4.00p.m 12th August 2010.
