Athlone Town Council proposes to replace its existing Litter Management Plan in accordance with Section 10 of the Litter Pollution Act 1997. A copy of the proposed replacement plan is available free of charge from the Offices of Athlone Town Council, Civic Centre, Church Street, Athlone.

Written submissions received on or before Friday 26th February 2010 will
be taken into consideration before the plan is adopted, and may be forwarded
