Athlone Town Council Compulsory Purchase
(No. 1) Order, 2011
Athlone Town Council has, on the 29th September, 2011, made a Confirmation Order confirming the above-named Compulsory Purchase Order without modification i.e. as respects all of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
The said Order, as so confirmed, authorises Athlone Town Council to acquire
the said land compulsorily. The Order will become operative at the expiration
of three weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
A copy of the Order as so confirmed and of the map referred to in same may
be seen at the offices of Athlone Town Council, Civic Centre, Church Street,
Athlone, Co. Westmeath, Monday to Friday (excepting Public Holidays) between
the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.
An application for judicial review of the decision of the Council may be made to the High Court under Order 84 of the Rules of the Superior Courts (S.I. No. 15 of 1986) within eight weeks of the date of publication of this notice in accordance with Section 50 of the Planning and Development Act, 2000.
SCHEDULE
Land coloured grey, bounded in red on the map attached to the Order, being
land other than land consisting of a house or houses unfit for human habitation
and not capable of being rendered fit for human habitation at reasonable expense.
